All orders must be prepaid by cheque or credit card. Signature Cover will begin manufacture of the order immediately on return of signed invoice and Terms of Sale form. However, it will not be shipped until payment is received.
All orders are custom made and are final sale. Returns not accepted unless by permission of Signature Cover. Returns are not accepted if soiled, damaged, or not in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.
Cancelled Orders must be made within 12 hours of ordering, and if payment has been made, are subject to 30% processing charge.
All prices are before applicable taxes and shipping. Shipped by most practical carrier

Warranty: on return of warranty card. 1 year after purchase from Signature Cover workmanship and materials will be repaired. No allowances will be made for abuse or incorrect application. Product will be sent for warranty work clean, and at owner’s expense.
Dealers make sure your customer has checked out our website at www.hoppercover.com and is aware of our product and confident this is what they want. Product not accepted by customer is dealers responsibility.
Installation questions can be answered by calling 1 (204) 436-2335. Installation time should be around 2 hours. Signature Cover will not reimburse dealers or customers if installation time exceeds 2 hours, nor will we pay for any installation costs.
